The buff given to the permasin and the modifications coming up on HoM is just some cheap coat of varnish on something broken; the economy and HoM.

As for Shadow Form, I won't be bothered if it got nerfed. The fact stands skills that create godmode, or anything near godmode shouldn't exist in any game.

As far as I'm concerned, if they were going to nerf it, they wouldn't have buffed it in the first place. They also would have done something already. Same with ursan.

I say buff it so that pesky traps, touch skills, and environmental skills dont affect you. make you impervious to all kinds of damage. and get rid of the need to use GoS +paradox, just give it a duration of 10 minutes and a damage buff of 200% to all spells and attacks. hell let it come with built in sliver armour and mending.

i dont care because other peoples achievements do NOT devalue my own.

Thinking about all this stuff the last days you know it really makes no difference.There are loads of ways to make money and whether or not Ectos drop or raise, people will continue to find ways to make money.Ursan and Perma Sin both get ranted about the most.Everyone has their own opinion.But really I guess perma Sin's are going to nerf themselves, as they over farm things to the point that eventually the things they get won't be worth anything.There are so many ways to make money in this game.If being invincible, alone, and just randomly clicking the same buttons unchallenged for hours on end is someone's idea of fun, so be it.As long as they don't do it for gold.Because they are fast dropping the amount they earn, on their own.The way's I make money *most of the time* perma sin has no effect on at least not negatively so I guess whatever XD

Anet never said, "Oh, if you want to store money, ectos are a good form of currency." Ectos were intended to be rare crafting materials, so i don't think the argument that it hurts people with stacks of ectos is really going to call for a nerf. As people have said, ectos are an investment, which has started to go down in value. It happens in real life all the time, so stop crying and get on with the game.

I've got all my money in gold & platinum, all the status symbols lost their value already (tormented items, FoW armor), so I really dont care any more.

O, this thread really needs to be locked. To much debate and arguing here.

If they go the extent of ubernerfing it, the losers will be the A/E or A/Me since they create a similar build that will allow them to easily solo farm in the UW and unable to get ectos easily. I am putting into consideration of creating a SS necro when Shadow Form gets nerfed. But oh boy, if they nerf it, I am going to create the GW first recorded riot ever.

so QQ when ectos price gets lower, lower price for obby armor is better. It's not like 1.2k loss will kill ya.
